Because I’m a woman

And I am NOT conservative (either definition). I want a political system that properly reflects the demographic of the people it represents. And that does not just mean gender. I want the whole of Scotland’s rich diversity reflected in parliament. I want this now but I don’t think the tired old establishment at Westminster is going to be quick to change. An independent Scotland on the other hand could be different – with a brand new constitution everything is possible.
